Heard County Band Booster Club

A few notes about this month’s booster meeting-Tuesday, June 2

 * We discussed the upcoming Chic-Fil-A Bowl trip scheduled for this December. The estimated cost per student is $250. Chaperone cost will be somewhere around $95. More details on payment plans, fund-raisers and deadlines will be available at the next meeting.

 * We discussed upcoming fundraisers. If you’re interested in helping with any of them, contact Keith Levens. Also, if you have any fund raising ideas, contact Keith. (706-594-5710)

 * When working a fund-raiser you MUST sign in with Keith in order for your child’s account to be properly credite

 * If you’d like to check on the amount of money in your child’s band account, contact Tracy Nichol (678-378-4159). Also, if you’d like that money transferred to pay any fees, you need to contact Tracy.

 * Keep the Summer Band Schedule handy on your refrigerator.

 * Students are expected to be at practice if they’re in town. We’re behind schedule. If we didn’t need practice then we wouldn’t have it!!

 * Reminder that you can also make band payments on line through pay pal. Go to our website at www.marchingbraves.org and go to the link. You need to contact Tracy Nichol (678-378-4159)by phone to let her know you’ve made a payment and WHAT ITS FOR.

 * Attend as many booster meetings as you can, so you will know what’s going on! The summer dates are on the schedule.
